The checkpoint is set up in the big woods entrance parking area.

• Aim to arrive at CP to set up for 7 am please 

• The CP supplies & equipment should arrive around 7am if coming separately

• 1st runner should be about 8 am

• Last runner is around 11.30 am. You can use the timing link on the results page to see how many more runners are left to come to the CP

 Nicky normally comes round to help get the CP's set up so she will show you the ropes and the plan!

The race uses the PURPLE ‘Tail’ permanent way-markers for the Trail, and runners come to the road roughly 70m from the checkpoint, run along and cross the road to the CP area, then go through the big gateway and along the forest track heading East.
